The Receptionist that checked us in has worked here for a long time! She was helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy. Room was well-equipped but could benefit from coffee makers in the room! I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
My 5-star rating for this hotel is mainly because of the manager, Ajay. He is always helpful, and the location is great. The service, like breakfast and coffee, could be better.
Alan was absolutely amazing on the kiosk machine to check in. I love the convenience and speed of the whole process. You all never disappoint when it comes to customer service and all around just great!
Ok - so I gave 5 stars not because this is a 5 star hotel. I gave them 5 stars for executing well on what they are: a budget motel. Yes the rooms were old. But our room was not gross or dirty. The shower was fine. They had the basics a hotel room should have: hair dryer and iron and soap and shampoo. The bed was even okay. Better than the Fairfield inn I stayed at the next night. We were traveling without a pre planned reservation and all hotels were booked up and down I-75 from south of cincy to Lexington. So we took a chance on this one and it was fine. And the location within walking distance of a bar where we could get food late was a bonus.
This is the 5th time we have stayed here. Rooms are clean people are great. A little out dated but I'll take that any day as long as it's clean and no bugs!!! Only reason I gave it a 4 was because no tissues and no cups.
Alan was really nice to us, found us the perfect room we needed for a good price for the night and made sure we were taken care of
It’s kinda hard to get to off the road. It’s located behind the Pilot truck stop. The hotel itself is a great value, and the staff are very accommodating. The rooms were clean. It’s quiet and secure. Really can’t ask for much more than that.
